If you ever wondered how much Internet speed you actually get against the claims made by your Internet Service Providers then try SpeedTest to know your actual speed.

Speedtest calculates the internet speed by uploading and downloading some dummy files using its nearest server. Opening the website in any browser, it detects the PC location andrecommends the nearest server to test the speed.

You can choose that server or any other server if you wish to. Then say start and the system will start uploading and downloading some content to know the speed of your ISP.
