The Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI bank) is expanding aggressively and in order to fill the vacancies, and to do that Online applications are invited from India citizens.Job profile : Managers and Assistant General Managers are required to work in the areas of Risk, Audit, Centralized Operations, Branch Operations and Premises.
Vacancy :
- Assistant General Managers – 28 (Risk -6,Audit-10,Bran.Operations-12) Age : Not more than 37yrs as on May 1 2009
- Managers – 87 (Risk-16, Audit-18, Centralised Operations-22, Branch Operations, Premises-5) Age : Not more than 32 yrs as on May 1 2009.
Eligibility :
- Assistant General Managers : Graduates in any discipline from a recognized university.Candidates with additional qualifications like CA/CAIIB/ICWA/CA would be preferred.5 years of direct hand on experience as an officer with a commercial bank/Financial institution in the above mentioned areas is necessary.
- Managers : Graduates in any discipline from a recognized university.Candidates with additional qualifications like CA/CAIIB/ICWA/CA would be preferred.3 years of direct hand on experience as an officer with a Commercial bank/Financial Institution in the above mentioned areas is necessary.

- Opening of Online Application site – May 25th to June 8th 2009
- last date for receiving system generated applications – June 15th 2009
Application : The application fee of Rs.400 (General candidates) & Rs.75 (SC/ST candidates) is to be payed at any IDBI or SBI braches using the challan downloaded from the bank website.The number on the receipt of the payment challan has to be entered online and the system generated application must be sent by ordinary post.
