Google Docs has enhanced its system of organizing documents. Google Docs now use the labeling system similar to the one in Gmail. Folders are now used as labels.

Since the folders are now acting as labels, there is a possibility of adding a document to multiple folders without creating copies. Just attach the labels by dragging and dropping the document to the required folder.

Thanks for the blogpost. I like the folders idea. I hope Google implements folder sharing soon in Google Docs.
