    Perot Systems India Fires 400 Odd

    Perot Systems, India has rumored to have fired more than 400 employees in the last week.

    Both Noida and Bangalore branches have been cut short. It is a regular exercise being happenging in Perot Systems in last 1 year after recession hit the world, fired employees said.

      Yes, i agree with the statement. Paritucalry the firing is happening in Experian Project,it is been said that they are gonna ramp up the resources by 600. but unfortunately they are doing ramp down now a days. They are targeting mostly freshers who are so called TIP resources in perot systems. The latest news is that in Experian again there is gonna lay off. So who ever is working in Experian project, please update your resume in job portals.

      Yes, i agree with the statement.       Yes, it is TRUE that Perot has again laid off. I do not know in details, but its happenning across the Finance vertical mainly. Some of my friends were benched a week before, had there name in the list. Its unfortunate to see the hiring-firing policy. It spreads widespread insecurity among the existing employees, they fear to take risks in these kind of situations, etc. And all these adds to the organisation woos. Its my opinion, may be the world thinks differently. But yes, its true … Perot is not the place as it was in 2004-05.
