Central Police Organisations Examinations-2009 for recruitment of Sub-Inspectors in various Central Government Police Organisations like CRPF, ITBP, CBI, CISF, BSF etc.

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will hold an open competitive examination on All-India basis for recruitment to the posts of Sub-Inspectors in Central Police Organisations in the pay scale of PB-2 Rs.9300-34800 with Grade Pay Rs.4200 on 06/09/2009 in the following following Central Police Organisation :

• Sub-Inspectors in Central Police Forces : 2153 posts, Age : 20 to 25 years as on 26/06/2009. Age relaxation of 5 years to SC/ST candidates and 3 years to OBC candidates., Educational Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from a recognized University or equivalent, Pay Scale : PB-2 Rs.9300-34800 Grade Pay Rs.4200

Scheme of Exam: The examination will consist of two parts (i) Written Exam carrying 500 marks and (ii) Personality Test (Interview) will carry 100 marks

Fee Payable: Rs.100/- (No fee for SC/ST and Ex-Servicemen) by menas of Central Recruitment Fee Stamps only, available at head post office all over the ocuntry.
