The way I personally do is I book cylinder on gut feel... After looking at my past data (I once did no book unless my cylinder was completely empty) I know how much it works for me .. so based upon that I book it ... Another way I can do it .. After having understanding with the agency, you can book in advance and tell them that you will collect it yourself ....
