No idea about Preetam but I doubt him too as all comments came almost at the same time.
I am not saying never go to Manashosting. If you are a beginner and want to start up a website of your own then you can go with them as they provide very cheap hosting but only if you want to have a very basic website and are not expecting any kind of support from them. You should be ready to do things on your own including backing up your data. One day they will wake up and say, all your data is lost.
Instead you can opt for Dreamhost service which is the best according to me as I have tried many hotsing providers including Indiatimes hosting, Manashosting, Quick2Host, Web host India, Just2Host.
