As a service gesture, Gmail, this year, is sending snail-mail holiday postcards on your behalf to you loved ones anywhere in US.

You would just need to provide the address of the person whom you want to send the holiday card and Gmail will do that on your behalf and that too free of cost.

To send a card, just visit gmail.com/holidaycard. They can only send cards to US addresses and to a limited number of people so be sure to request one soon.
