    If you are also someone who had filed ITR (Income Tax Return) some time back with some refund pending on Income Tax department’s side and finding no way to track its status then their site has come to your rescue.

    Now you can track your income tax refund status online in 4 simple steps.

    1. Visit tin.tin.nsdl.com/oltas/refundstatuslogin.html
    2. Enter your PAN
    3. Select Assessment Year
    4. Click Submit

    Applicable refund status would be displayed.

        You are right links are useful only for some locations and not for all … did you file an RTI in that office to know the status??? Do you have an acknowledgement copy of your documents submission?? YOu should file an RTI first then you can approach consumer court for sure …
