World was curiously waiting for Facebook’s response to Google’s launching of it’s plus social networking platform.

And the response is finally here. Loud and clear. Facebook today launched three new features in the largest social networking site www.facebook.com

• Group Chat
• New design
• Video Chat

Out of these Video chat is the most competing  one. Facebook has joined hands with Skype (Microsoft’s owned) for video calling service.

To get started with Facebook Video chat visit www.facebook.com/videocalling and follow the guided steps there. You will have to download a plug-in and install it.

I tried that myself and my first reaction is “Different“.
