Its WPWorldMap. Its seems to be for Bloggers using the WordPress CMS as their blogging tool.

“Kindle Publishing for Blogs” has finally arrived. There have been very few blogs available for the Amazon Kindle. but those days are over now.
You get to make your blog available to potential new readers, and even get 70/30 split revenue sharing(the 70% going to Amazon).
