EPFO is planning to upgrade their online facilities to provide updated account statements on real time basis for all of their consumers across their all EPFO offices.

At present, they provide annual PF account slips showing account details in a financial year or make it available online on request.

The new feature would enable subscribers to see their updated accounts online and keep a copy of it by downloading it.

Improtant thing to note is that the feature would be available only to live account holders and not to inoperative account holders. It is known that EPFO makes all those accounts inoperative where contribution is not made for 36 months in a row.
