Draw of DDA Housing Scheme 2008 is on 16th Dec 2008. Around 5000 flats are at stake with over 1 million applications received by DDA.
It is merely a luck game for all the aspirants of DDA flats, unless some corruption happens in allotments this time too.

Vikram, can’t really comment on it … 86 out of 5000 is not really a big number 1.7% only. They belong to reserved category I guess. Not really sure.

You can lodge a complaint with DDA only. File for an RTI application first to get the information first. You can file PIL after that.
There is no information about the waiting list as of now.

You will have to coordinate with the bank where you initially deposited your amount. You will get it before 30th Dec.

I had also applied for DDA housing scheme 2008 and i am also among the lakhs of unlucky ones :).
Today i got the refund from the bank in form of Bank Cheque to my account number. The problem is that my previous account number (mentioned at the time of form filling) is closed. How can i get the cheque to my new account number? Bank is telling me to get it re-issued. Please suggest.

Those applicants applied under DDA Housing scheme 2008 and amount was forfeited or not returned to the applicant whatsoever reason all the amount of Rs 1,45,000/- (less 5000/- penalty) have been returned . If you are not received till date please contact nodal branch of the form deposited bank immediately
