Yes, ICICI banking has started TV Banking. Its first of its own kind service in India.

You can now access ICICI bank product information and many more from the comfort of your home. I haven’t tried it out yet nor I have seen it as it is currently available only on channel 98 on Dish TV.

May be they would be launching the service on other service providers also.
