I have been trying thru this web page with my correct PAN details. it is showingÂ “Your assessing officer has not sent this refund to Refund Banker.
If this refund has been sent by your Assessing Officer within the last week, you may wait for a week and again check status”. Its been more than a month since i have got a receipt of ITR.please tell the way forward.Â

  You are right links are useful only for some locations and not for all … did you file an RTI in that office to know the status??? Do you have an acknowledgement copy of your documents submission?? YOu should file an RTI first then you can approach consumer court for sure …
