    Why I left Manashosting?

    I had already written a review of Manashosting service almost a year back. And nothing has changed since then. I left Manashosting this April after loosing all my data and continual ignorance by Manas hosting team about the issue.

    I kept chasing them for about a month after my blog http://blog.nitinkumarjain.in was scrapped overnight by them and they could not recover the lost data. I chatted/called up/raised ‘n’ number of  tickets with the both technical and sales team but all in vain.

    You would also love to read the my live chat with their team members. They are not only poor technically but they also do not understand clients feelings/emotions. They are a team of dumbos who read you query but don’t reply, who listen to you but don’t respond in action. They are good for nothing.

    You would be thinking why I am writing all of these 4 months later after I left them. It is because I just saw an email in my inbox from them informing about the tickets closed that I raised in april to recover the data. This is what they have to say:

    Sorry to say that,we have checked there is no backup for site & mysql database. Please letus know if any problem. Don’t reply by mail.You can check the status of or reply to this Ticket online at: http://www.manashosting.co.in/help/index.php?

    Imagine they are checking this ticket after 4 months and that too when they are no longer hosting this domain.

    Read my chat script too. It’s quite long but you would love to read it. I had many conversations like but could only keep one.

    Hope you enjoyed reading it. March and April month were the worst months I had with any hosting provider.

    I would never ever recommend anyone to Manas hosting. I am hosting my sites with Dreamhost now. They look to be the best service provider in the industry.

      Fake comments of databack up. Just take a backup yourself and ask them I need my previous backup of day X. And see yourself where are the backups (Ha Ha)

      Ok Regarding their Server specially database server. Forget it dude. They are kids they even don’t know what is Database. and how to configure it properly…

      Hope now you are able to know why they call them self most cost efficient.Because thease idiots even don’t know the basic of webhosting. and trying their best to oversell their server.

      Serves me right for choosing a cheap web hosting. Three days after uploading my website….bang…all files disappear. Tried to chat with some helpdesk muppet and he was blunt…saying “we re-built our servers”… great …. no concept of backup. These are a bunch of cow boys. I can’t even upload my files anymore. My domain hosting is completely screwed up. Only one thing I can say to people looking to host with these cowboys … AVOID them like a plague !!

      I switched to ManasHosting because our last host was getting worse and worse. Our site was frequently down and the old host techs kept telling me there was no problem. We have a business and can't afford for our site to be down. Night and day difference between what I had before and ManasHosting.

      I joined manashosting back because of their latest technology with their latest control panel. My previous hosting company was unable to meet my needs and their service was pathetic. I was with manashosting first then later moved to other hosting company then i had to switch back to manashosting because of the poor service provided by the other hosting company. But when I left manashosting their service was not all that good, but now their service is so quick and they fix the issues soon and lot of changes in the way they work and their control panels as well . Am really happy that i am back with manashosting.

      This is nothing but one more example of “Customer Abuse” in India…The billing team and the technical team were really like ghosts who scared me alot…they themselves never knew what the real problem was and what could be the possible solutions…I will never ever use Manas Hosting in my life…Thanks Nitin, you saved my data…

      manashosting is worst company ever .. i really doubt that if that is run by a 10 year old punk teen who is noob  and dont know any technical details, thats how their technical department acts. The services that they claim are fake.. they said that they will provide ‘web shell’ and ‘ssh’.. now my package is almost at end and i never found port 22 open and they took 50 bucks for it. Now at the end, when its time to expire they are requesting and begging to buy a new service which they call ‘windows unlimited’ in which they will provide everything.. i just laughed at them and said free hosting sites like heliohost and 110 are better than your craps, atleast they know whats going on their servers. rofl. i wonder why not anyone issues a fraud case to them and call cops, they are worth it… but well cyber laws in india are still in developing stage and they are taking advantage of it.

      NEVER EVER BUY SERVICE FROM MANASHOSTING FREE HOSTING PROVIDERS ARE BETTER IN UPTIME AND SUPPORT TOO, YOU WILL GET 100-250 MB SPACE BUT YOU WILL ATLEAST BE ABLE TO SEE LESSER DOWNTIMES THAN MANASHOSTING.
