Oye Lucky! Lukcy Oye! (OLLO) is a very ordinary movie. A much awaited movie from the director of Khosla ka Ghosla (K2G) but it does not stand anywhere close to K2G.

K2G is a classic movie that has everything in it. Humor, seriousness, story, message but OLLO does not have anything. Not even songs are soothing.

The beginning of the movie was good. The role played by a child sardar looked really real. His dialogue delivery was of a normal child next door. But as the story progresses it starts losing its magnet.

Abhay Deol played the character beautifully, but when the story, screenplay, dialogues were not up to the mark, what could he do alone.

This is definitely not a Parash Rawal’s class. He might loose his image that he has built over the years if he continues doing such films. Archana is again an unnecessary character in the movie.

The story is actually about a guy who is the biggest thief our country has ever seen. He steals household things, electrical equipments, Car or anything that he thinks can earn him money from different houses with such an ease that looks unrealistic and sell them to dealers and earn money.

He spreads himself in different parts of the country and becomes the most wanted even in Intelligence Bureau.

Police catches him towards the end but he again runs away and that’s where the movie too ends.

I really didn’t like the movie at all. It is completely a waste of money.

My rating to the movie – 3/10
